All orders are dispatched by Registered Air-mail. Delivery times vary between one country and another. Normal delivery time to addresses in Europe is 3 to 5 days. For addresses outside Europe please allow up to 18 days for delivery. Upon dispatch, we will supply by e-mail the date and postal Registration No. of the parcel. we cannot accept any responsibility for any delays due to customs and/or import regulations in the country of destination. Opened and/or partly used products cannot be returned for refund. A full refund (excluding registered return postage) will be given by us if the product is returned unopened within a period of 15 days from receipt of order. All items available on this site are recognized treatments for hair loss and thinning hair. However, the success of such treatments cannot be guaranteed.
